SAUNABOX made its name with a pop-up steam tent and now sells an infrared tent, two small wooden cabins and a plunge tub. The SmartSteam is on Amazon; the rest sell direct. The specifications are clear — one warranty figure is not.
The short version: SAUNABOX's core product is the SmartSteam — a pop-up steam tent with a 1,600 W, 3.6-liter steamer on a 110 V outlet, which SAUNABOX says heats to 130–140 °F at near 100% humidity. The Pulse PRO swaps steam for six infrared panels and a 320-LED red light panel, to about 160 °F. The Solara is a one-person hemlock infrared cabin and the Forge a one-person outdoor traditional sauna with a Harvia heater. The tents carry a one-year warranty; the Solara, and the Forge's cabin, carry two.

Steam at 130–140 °F
SAUNABOX's case for steam is humidity: it says the SmartSteam reaches 130–140 °F at near 100% humidity in about 15 minutes, and that humid air at that temperature feels comparable to a dry sauna running hotter. Practically, the steamer holds 3.6 liters, the timer runs to 60 minutes, the Amazon listing's setup steps say to use distilled water, and SAUNABOX says the tent can go outdoors under a cover such as a canopy or balcony.
Amazon's SmartSteam and SAUNABOX's
The model on Amazon is listed as the SmartSteam Kit Pro: a one-person tent with the 7-level, 60-minute steamer, a pop-up frame and insulated cover, a floor mat, a chair, a phone holder and a towel hook, per the listing. SAUNABOX's own page sells a SmartSteam Pro with a 660–850 nm red light panel in the box; the Amazon listing's features do not mention one. If red light matters to you, check the listing's contents before you order.
The infrared tent and the cabins
The Pulse PRO is SAUNABOX's tent for dry heat: six far-infrared panels, a built-in 320-LED red light panel, a Bluetooth controller and a stated maximum of about 160 °F that SAUNABOX says varies with the room. The Solara is a small hemlock cabin on 110 V that quotes an irradiance for its red light — up to 192 mW/cm² from 60 LEDs, with no stated distance, which irradiance explained says is the detail that makes the number usable; our full-spectrum saunas roundup covers that heater type more widely. The Forge is the only SAUNABOX that needs an electrician: a hardwired 240 V Harvia heater in an outdoor hemlock cabin that SAUNABOX says reaches 220 °F.
The warranty, and one contradiction
- SmartSteam models and the cold plunge: one year, covering the steamer, the frame cover, the fiberglass frame, the sweat mat and the chair against manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions, repaired or replaced at SAUNABOX's discretion. Non-transferable.
- Pulse: one year on the infrared panels, controls, zippers and structural materials, from the date you receive it, excluding the fabric covers.
- Solara: two years, replacement components only, excluding the glass door; transit damage must be reported within seven days of delivery.
- Forge: two years on the cabin and one year on the Harvia Vega Compact heater, from delivery; normal weathering is excluded.
- The contradiction: the SmartSteam Pro product page lists a one-year warranty in the box contents and a two-year warranty in its specifications. The warranty policy says one year. Treat one year as the term and ask SAUNABOX to confirm in writing.
