Five of six cabins do not publish an EMF figure and three do not publish wattage. That is the honest state of this category, and it is why the pages that do publish these numbers score well here.
The one we would skip
The Blue Wave Monticello is the only cabin here we would actively steer most readers away from, and not because it is a bad product. Nine heaters across a four-person cabin is a genuinely good distribution. The problem is the size: a four-person infrared cabin costs more to heat on every single session, takes longer to reach temperature, and needs a room most people do not have. Unless you regularly use it with three other people, you are buying a permanent running-cost penalty for capacity that sits empty.
If four-person capacity is genuinely the requirement, it is the right pick on this page. If it is aspirational, buy the three-person and spend the difference on the electrical work.
What actually decides this purchase
1. Your electrical panel, before anything else
A 2,100 W or 2,240 W cabin needs a dedicated 20 A circuit. Most homes do not have a spare one near where the sauna is going, and running it on a shared kitchen or bathroom circuit will trip the breaker. Running it on an extension cord is a fire risk rather than a workaround.

2. Far infrared or full spectrum
Most cabins at this price are far infrared. Full spectrum adds near and mid wavelengths, roughly doubles the power draw, and pushes you to 220 V. Whether that is worth it depends on what you want from the near-infrared portion — and the evidence base there is narrower than the marketing suggests. 3. Interior dimensions, not the outside of the box
Only one cabin here publishes its interior dimensions. Everyone else publishes exterior dimensions, which tell you whether it fits the room and nothing about whether it fits you. A three-person cabin with a shallow bench is a two-person cabin. Where a listing gives you the inside, take it as a signal that someone in that supply chain is paying attention.
4. EMF, and why the numbers barely help
Electromagnetic field strength falls off sharply with distance, so a reading taken at the heater surface and one taken at the bench are measurements of different things. Almost no manufacturer states where they measured. The Dynamic Lugano publishes "under 8 mG" with no distance attached — better than silence, not enough to compare.
